Visit your Library page to view all the courses that you have access to, either via your subscription or through purchasing lifetime access. Clicking on a course will take you to the overview page, which includes a list of sections of the course, progress indicators and lessons you’ve already watched will be marked with a tick.
Do I need to watch the lessons in a specific order?
We recommend you work through the lessons in the order they are presented in the course to build on skills in the most effective way, however all lessons are available to watch immediately when a course is purchased.
Do you have a mobile app?
You can watch all of your purchased courses on the go via the Kajabi mobile app. We use Kajabi to host our awesome learning experience, so you can use the same log in details as our website. Download the Kajabi app for iOSandAndroid and enjoy our courses on mobile!
Can I access the courses offline?
Our courses are available to stream, but not to download, so you'll need an internet connection to watch them. All videos are available in a range of resolutions, so you can watch lessons in a lower resolution if you are being conscious of data usage. Our courses are also available via iOSandAndroid apps - see previous FAQ "Do you have a mobile app?"
How do I update my name or email address?
Access your account settings by clicking on your avatar on the top right of the menu above.
Click ‘Settings’
From here you can change your name and email address, and any other account details. Then click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page to update your profile.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments using Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. We use Stripe, our chosen online payment service, to handle all of our card payments.
Can I pay with PayPal?
Yes! You can purchase our courses through PayPal. Simply select PayPal as the payment method at the checkout, then follow the steps on screen to complete payment and access your course.
Can I watch the courses on different devices?
You can watch any of your purchased content on any device that can access either a browser or mobile app by simply logging into your account.
How do I reset the status of a lesson that I have marked as complete?
You can revert this status by clicking on 'Complete' underneath the lesson video. This will mark it as incomplete.
I can’t view the PDF files of the supplementary course material
Please ensure that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed and up to date on your system.
I can’t view the Guitar Pro files
Guitar Pro is not required for our courses, as you can view the tabs in PDF format. However, we do provide some .GPX files, which you will need Guitar Pro to use. Please note that Guitar Pro files are also compressed within a .zip file that you will need to download and uncompress.
